Bright Fox Communications only collects, stores and shares information in order to fulfil the remit of a contract.  We will never share personal information without the specific permission of the relevant person.  All data will be kept confidential and stored with appropriate security measures.

We collect and store information clients and contacts knowingly provide, such as their name, company name, address and email address.  With their specific permission, we collect and store personal information about those with lived experience of the issues our clients support.  We also keep CVs that we receive on file in case of future work opportunities.

As part of our role as a Public Relations company we sometimes contact journalists to place news stories. We use the third-party media intelligence portals, such as Vuelio, as a media database. These services have their own privacy policy.
